Officer who served in the Indian Air Force (IAF) for 6 years, in the
Aeronautical Engineering stream. She is Founder of Upskill With Sonali &
has over 16+ years of diverse professional experience. She has worked in
Defence, Corporate & Entertainment Industry.
She has been a Soft Skills Trainer since the year 2018 and is passionate
towards grooming personalities of people on various aspects which will
transform their lives and help them achieve greater success. Her vision is to
impart Soft Skills/Life Skills training in rural India to make them career ready
and enhance their living standards.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate in MBA
(Information Technology) from Nagpur University, she completed her
Business Management from Indian Institute of Calcutta (IIMC) She has done
her ICBI certified Soft Skills Trainer accredited by Scottish Qualifications
Authority (SQA) sponsored by the Government of Scotland and recognized
all over the world ICBI certificated Train The Trainer accredited by National
Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET), a constituent board
of Quality Council of India (QCI). Has also done her POSH Practitioner ISO
Certification.
She specialises in Leadership, Team Building, Communication & Public
Speaking. Till Date she has imparted Soft Skills training to 1000 plus
individuals. As a Senior Division Army Wing NCC cadet from 3 Maharashtra
Girls Battalion, she bagged several awards as a Best cadet at National Level
Camps. She is also a motivational speaker and aims to instil confidence,
positive attitude, problem solving capability and discipline in the youth and
women in particular so as to make them great leaders.
